    To continually revise our corporate governance policies and ensure that they are in line with internationally accepted best practices

    • To achieve 95% availability at all our generation facilities
    • To reduce forced outage time to 3% at all our generation facilities
    • To monitor voltage/frequency outages due to deficiencies in generation and to limit such instances due to Mahaweli Complex power stations to 2 per year
    • To modernize all generation stations to internationally accepted standards embracing appropriate state-of-the-art technology
    • To automate key Management Information systems such as accounting, salary payment, maintenance management, and inventory systems
    • To maximize turnover through minimizing operating costs and maximizing energy generation efficiency
